Eligible for Refund or Replacement


We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives broken or with quality issues, we’ll gladly replace it or refund your money.

Just email us clear photos or a short video of the issue within 5 days of delivery.

2. Wrong Item Received

Received the wrong item, color, or size? We’ll fix it ASAP.

3. Missing Items

If something is missing from your order, notify us within 5 days of delivery.

4. Item Not Delivered

If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 days (or 60 days for some countries), we’ll issue a full refund or reship the product.



Not Eligible for Refund:

Change of mind after purchase

Incorrect shipping address provided

Minor delays in shipping due to customs or local carriers

Items damaged due to misuse

We do not accept physical returns at this time.

All claims must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.
